Ad performance
Active ads
Live from your ad account: money spent, location, dates, results, and the post's organic and paid views.
Data
Every KPI by page and month. Yellow = missing; ✎ = typed in by hand (kept when fetching again).Choose the months and press Show.
Accounts
Every Facebook page, Instagram account and YouTube channel in the app. Saved in the app's files (R2).Created: YouTube gives a channel's date; Meta does not, so for Facebook and Instagram write it yourself. "Work started" is the day your team began on it.
Fetch from Facebook & Instagram
Log in once per YouTube channel with the Google account that owns or manages it, tick the channels, choose the months and press Start. YouTube months are tracked separately from Facebook, so a month done for Facebook is not "done" for YouTube.
Log in with a Facebook account that manages the pages. The app reads each page's official monthly numbers and posts directly from Facebook and saves them here. Your Facebook login stays in this browser tab only.
1. Facebook login
2. Choose the months
For one month, choose the same month in both boxes. For older data, choose a range: the app fetches and saves one month at a time, and if it stops you can press Start again to continue where it left off.
Dates fetch again only the posts published on those days (for example to fix one video). Page totals, followers and ads are monthly, so they are not changed. Tick the Posts metrics you need.
Months already fetched are fetched again only for the metrics they are missing. So when a new metric is added, tick only that metric and press Start.

Details
Files (R2) — the app's main store: one file per month and platform, plus its accounts, logins and settings. The database is a second copy.
Import the Business Suite post report
Export from Business Suite with Content level Post and Data view Lifetime, for one full month. Importing the same month again updates the numbers.
Followers from Meta Insights
Enter each page's followers at the end of the month and the new followers during the month. Leave a box empty if you don't have the number.
Import monthly KPI sheet (CSV with columns lang, kpi, value, platform, Brand, Month)
Download the sheet as CSV (Google Sheets: File → Download → CSV) and choose it here. You can choose to add only missing values or to replace saved ones; numbers are never added twice. Several rows for the same platform, brand, KPI and month are added together.
